This recipe could be considered a dessert, but could also be a meal.
1 ripe avocado
1 scoop Vital Whey (chocolate or vanilla) - See Top Picks
stevia or other natural sweetener to taste
Dash of sea salt
2 scoops Vitality SuperGreen
2 Tbs raw sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
3 Tbs fresh ground flax seeds (a coffee grinder works great for grinding flax seeds)
1 Tbs almond butter
Directions: Combine avocado, Vital Whey, stevia, sea salt and any optional items in a small bowl. Mix well with a spoon until you have a pudding consistency. (You could use a blender or food processor, but I figure that’s one more thing I have to clean. A bowl and a spoon do the job just fine for my tastes.) Throw in a dash of love and enjoy!
