Hi, I'm Lorie King Simoneau, your Dream Body Coach. For most of my life I chased after my dream body thinking that if I just lost weight, or if my skin looked better, or my hair was less curly or less straight, or my muscles looked more tone, or my hips weren't so big, and on and on, that somehow my life would work better than it was working...better job, better relationships, more happiness, more success, etc. So, I tried diet after diet, program after program, and spent lots of money until I was exhausted, super frustrated, and sick and tired of running around in circles. Additionally, I was experiencing all sorts of unpleasant health challenges from embarrassing GI issues to weight gain and skin rashes. Most Likely Your Beliefs Are Sabotaging Your Efforts Did you know that your subconscious mind rules 90-95% of your day? What this means is that while you may be doing all the "right" things and working really hard, your subconscious mind may have other plans and may be running a set of patterns and beliefs that are sabotaging your efforts. For example, as I started working with the subconscious mind, I was surprised to learn that one of my core, self-sabotaging beliefs was that in order for me to be lovable, I had to be perfect. It was then that I understood why I was so anxious and worried about having an imperfect body. The good news though is that you are not stuck with your current subconscious beliefs. With the right tools you can re-set your subconscious mind to operate from behaviors and beliefs that are aligned with the goals you want to accomplish. The key is to get your subconscious mind to work with your goals, not against them. Change Your Beliefs and Change Every Area of Your Life! And does changing subconscious beliefs work? You bet it does! Once I started changing my subconscious beliefs, my whole world started changing....sometimes in dramatic ways, but generally in subtle ways that led to profound results. For instance, I learned that my dream body wasn't somewhere "out there," but it was the very body I was living in! And no, this doesn't mean my body was perfect, but I could finally see that it didn't need to be perfect in order for me to be lovable. I cleared that old, self-sabotaging pattern of belief. And, amazingly enough, as I started loving and accepting my body exactly as it was, the health challenges started healing, my relationships and finances improved, and life just worked better. What's so fun about resetting the subconscious mind is that it feels so empowering. You are not stuck with your current set of circumstances. You can change your beliefs and literally change your life, for good! You Don't Have to Keep Feeling Stuck and Frustrated!
